When I get asked why the Emotive Group formed, the answer is really simple…
For the last 25 years or so that I have been working in and around corporates, I have often found that I have a unique insight into how to better position a business and how to better engage employees and teams so that they actually become excited about what they can add to a business. And this in turn helps drive a business making stretch goals so much more achievable.
The planet is going through huge change at the moment and whilst the motivational pitch of “always look for the opportunity in whatever happens” makes some people feel sick, for me I can see that the opportunity is now, and if businesses don’t look forward and act the opportunity will be missed.
The Emotive Group as an entity has been around for years , but sitting on a shelf… “one person a group does not make”, so it wasn’t until I met Lesley O’Donnell on a Zoom call as part of an online program that things really clicked and this just had to happen.
Looking around there are companies that have been successful for years but are now on the edge, their world has been turned upside down and when they look out into the world for help, all they see are the tools and support that more fit yesterday’s need than tomorrow’s, and looking down at the road map for the future they don’t know which way to go, because they aren’t even sure exactly where we are starting from.
So how do we help? We help bring clarity and understanding to where you and your business are at and knowing what needs to be considered beyond policy moving forward..
At the core, we work with people who are open to the possibility that there is a better way to work, that people are our greatest asset, and that the transformational journey can only begin when we have the honesty and openness to understand our current reality.
